Position Responsibilities:
- Manager of the
service and after sales on the Finn-Power laser products on company group level.
- Product responsible of the after sales life-time of the Finn-Power laser products.
- Close collaboration
with the Product Manager and R&D Manager of the laser products.
- Reporting to the
Director of Services of Finn-Power Laser Group.
- Management by delegation
to the Team Leaders of the two Finn-Power Global Support Service.
- Engineer teams
(located in United States, Canada, Mexico, & Brazil)
- Primary contact
person for the local Finn-Power Service Managers concerning the laser products.
- Laser product service and after sales business development.
- Management of the
laser know-how of the laser service engineers worldwide (including subsidiaries and dealers).
- Intimate customer
relationship.
- Manager of laser
product after sales relations with Finn-Power’s suppliers.
- Direct responsible
for Global Support functions regarding the laser products: phone/mail support, service and maintenance trainings, retrofits
and up-dates.
Laser
Service Engineer I was the Service Coordinator for the Western Hemisphere. Also
registered as a Master technician for the FPL (WB3500 watts laser) and Trigons LP (WB TR2500 watts laser) machines in Canada,
North America, Mexico, And South America by Rofin.
I have the responsibility for keeping 65
lasers running for Finn-Power INT.
I have certified four Finn-Power personal on the operations of servicing lasers, preventive maintenance, Phone Support,
how to look up part Numbers and schedule the service in a money saving way.
