This training course is based on (Rofin) WB lasers, (TR2500, TR3300, FPL3500 watts)

A letter from Dean (CEO & Owner of A Stellar Laser Service.)

Dear Possible Customers;
In the past I have seen many customers spend many thousands of dollars on parts that were used for 2,000 hours that would have been lasted for 4,000 hours. Now it is not rocket science to under stand that is big money. Also I have seen customers change turbines at a minimum cost of $35,000.00 instead of changing the bearings this is a big expense that can be cut in a third by installing new bearings on site ($6,000.00 for parts) which is covered in our training services.

Other training courses do not consult with the customer about the best money spent and when the training is done they are impossible & costly to contact due to being over-seas. This training course comes with one year (16 hours a day) support for lasers in the USA and this does include some holidays and weekends. Also we will have available for customers to buy or rent all the tools as a package that is need for their laser. This will be discussed on the first day before training begins. All of the documents that are needed, have been written by me and are very user friendly with pictures specific areas.

This training course is $35,500.00 if you add up what others have charged for a Preventive maintenance and not getting any training out of it. This training course would pay for it self from the start you would get preventive maintenances done. Then you have personal to do the next two and then it would had paid for it'self, and you would not have, to have down time waiting for a technician to show up this is the biggest money loss by company’s today is down time. This training course would elimate that ever happing on your lasers again.

            Test1: CW-mode is selected at 3Kw

Inside the R-parameters value’s will appear

R13= The minimum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R14= The maximum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R15= The average power during this run.(This value must be used to compare with the below indicated tolerances.)

Test2: Gated pulse-mode is selected at 3Kw with Laser program 25 (Piercing program)

Inside the R-parameters value’s will appear

R17= The minimum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R18= The maximum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R19= The average power during this run. (This value must be used to compare with the below indicated tolerances.)

Test3: Gated pulse-mode is selected at 3Kw with Laser program 15 (Corner pulse program)

Inside the R-parameters value’s will appear

R21= The minimum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R22= The maximum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R23= The average power during this run. (This value must be used to compare with the below indicated tolerances.)

Test4: Super pulse-mode is selected at 3Kw with Laser program 35 (Piercing program)

Inside the R-parameters value’s will appear

R25= The minimum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R26= The maximum tolerance of what the measured value should be

R27= The average power during this run. (This value must be used to compare with the below indicated tolerances.)
